HOW DOES RUN EVENTS WORK?
You need to first select the run option. Eg: DUO and then select the distance in which you and your run partner would want to participate. Then register!
HOW DO I KNOW I AM REGISTERED?
A BIB number will be emailed after the registration is completed.
HOW DO I SHOW MY RESULTS?
You need to self-report your results in the Reporting page of this website. To do this, you need to use a run tracker app of your preference while you do your run. Upload a proof of your run or a screenshot of the tracker app showing the date, time and distance of your run. Make sure you submit the result you want to submit because you can’t edit or resubmit your result.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REWARDS?
Your prize must be earned by finishing the race. Medals will be delivered shortly after the official race event. Usually within 4-5 weeks of the race event. Or how it is said in the run information.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN LEAP RUNNER BATTLES?
Our runs are Virtual and hence our participants can come from anywhere around the globe. Team participants do not need to come from one country. You can form a multi-cultural team. All participant or team members must be registered.
WILL I GET A REFUND IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
Yes you can but must be requested 7 days prior to the end of the event.
